For my 50th birthday trip with two couples, staying in two double rooms, this hotel exceeded our expectations with functional rooms. The service was nice and helpful overall, although reception was a bit abrupt when requesting photo ID on the morning. The location is excellent in the heart of Manchester, close to all you need, although it could be a bit noisy at night. The dining experience was delightful, especially with the surprise inclusion of breakfast. The facilities were well-managed and enhanced our stay.
