the apartment included a washing machine, very convenient. i particularly valued the provision of a designated parking space. it certainly made transportation logistics much simpler. the team were very responsive and always available.

i observed that one bathroom fan was not functional, leaving the space without adequate ventilation, this minor issue detracted slightly from the overall experience.

the apartment was huge and very clean. the beds were comfortable with big showers. staff were good and helpful! i found fresh water and coffee in the lobby, convenient. there was also a washing machine with a big fan for drying clothes quickly.

the apartment was spacious clean and in a great location we could easily walk or get public transport to lots of places

our reserved car space was not available after we had been given the fob i drove down to the underground car park the tv in the lounge did not work it showed poor signal the tv in the bedroom would not even switch on possibly dead batteries were in the remote control i reported these issues to two members of staff but no one attended
